Mohammed Baqi

Mohammed Baqi is an Appeal Lawyer in the Sultanate of Oman and the Co-Founder of Baqi, Al Balushi & Co. Law Firm, where he serves as the Head of the firm’s Litigation Department.

He holds an LL.B. in Public Law from Dhofar University and is qualified in International Arbitration. He is also certified in Omani Legal Force. He began his legal career in 2018 and practised with leading law firms in the Sultanate of Oman, where he developed extensive experience in litigation, dispute resolution, legal advisory, and representing clients before the courts at various levels.

In 2025, he co-founded Baqi, Al Balushi & Co. Law Firm. He currently leads the firm’s Litigation Department, representing local and international clients in complex disputes, commercial litigation, and strategic legal matters before the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
