Hamed Al Balushi

Hamed Al Balushi is the Co-Founder of Baqi, Al Balushi & Co. Law Firm and serves as the Head of the firm’s Corporate Department.

He holds an LL.B. from Sultan Qaboos University and began his legal career in 2020. Prior to founding the firm, he practised with several law firms in the Sultanate of Oman, where he developed experience in corporate and commercial law, company formation, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory for businesses.

In 2025, he co-founded Baqi, Al Balushi & Co. Law Firm. He currently leads the Corporate Department at B&CO, advising local and international clients on corporate structuring, commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and a broad range of corporate legal services.
